Known issues and their fixes:

🔵 Blue light issue

• If one of your Stix Remotes is displaying a blue light and is unresponsive, you may be using an old software on your Stix Remotes.
• Head to Settings > Device Software Update to see if you’re up to date.
• Fortunately, this issue will resolve itself in a few hours time once they run out of battery.
