Setting up your Stix

To ensure a smooth connection, always pair your Stix Remotes through the Stix App, not your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

How to Connect via Bluetooth

1. Turn on your Stix Remotes by holding both buttons until the lights blink.
2. Open the Stix App on your phone or tablet.
3. Go to the Settings Page within the app.
4. Tap ‘Bluetooth’ and select ‘Connect.’
5. Wait for the Connection – Your Stix Remotes will pair automatically. Once connected, the lights will stop blinking, and you’re ready to start an activity!

🚨 Important: Do not try to pair your Stix Remotes directly through your phone’s Bluetooth settings. They will only connect properly through the Stix App.

If you’re having trouble connecting, try:

✅ Ensuring Bluetooth is enabled on your device

✅ Restarting your Stix Remotes by turning them off and on

✅ Closing and reopening the Stix App
